Dim Sum

It's been awhile since we had dim sum, so we drove 40 miles to outskirt of LA for some authentic dim sum. Nothing extraordinaire, my favorite is the pig's blood with dicot, yum!

But the great find is after the meal, we stroll to the Chinese market several stores down and found the freshest vegetables, not just any Chinese greens, but baby Chinese greens - meaning they are fresh, they are tender, they are delicious. Yoiu choy, gai lan, mustard green... and plenty others.
